Clover Academy Refund Policy

At Clover Academy, we aim to provide impactful, practical training that bridges the gap between academic theory and professional practice. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and so we’ve developed a refund policy that’s clear, fair, and supportive of our learners.

  1. Eligibility for Refund

This section outlines the conditions under which a student may request and receive a refund.

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

    1. A written refund request is submitted at least 7 calendar days before the course start date or 3 after a static course purchase hour.
    2. The course is cancelled or rescheduled by Clover Academy, and the student chooses not to transfer to a future date.
    3. The student withdraws for verifiable medical or emergency reasons (supporting documentation such as a medical certificate may be required).
 
  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Here we explain circumstances where refunds will not be provided.

Clover Academy will not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

    1. Refund requests made after the course has commenced, whether attended or not.
    2. Failure to attend the course without prior notice (no-shows).
    3. Withdrawal due to changes in personal preference or availability.
    4. Online or digital courses where content has already been accessed or downloaded.
    5. Short courses, webinars, or workshops specifically marked as non-refundable.
 

 3. Refund Request Process

This section outlines how to request a refund and what to expect once a request is submitted.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing and include the following details:

    1. Full name and contact information
    2. Name of course and date of enrolment
    3. Reason for the refund request
    4. Any relevant supporting documents

Once your request is reviewed:

    1. You will receive a response within 5 business days.
    2. Approved refunds will be processed within 21 business days of approval.
    3. A 10% administrative fee shall be deducted from the refund amount.
  1. Course Transfers and Substitutions

We understand that schedules can change. This section provides options for transferring or substituting your enrolment.

    1. Students may request to transfer their enrolment to a future course of equal value, subject to availability. This must be requested at least 3 days before the original course starts.
    2. You may substitute another participant in your place at no extra cost, provided notice is given at least 3 days prior to course commencement.

    1. Clover Academy reserves the right to review individual refund cases on a discretionary basis, especially in unique or exceptional circumstances.
